Battle of the Gyms: Rivian Edition is the ultimate test of fitness, teamwork, and community spirit—bringing together Austin’s top gyms to compete for bragging rights, glory, and the keys to a Rivian R1T.

• Participants: Up to 8 gyms, each represented by a team of 4 members

Teams will advance through four fitness stations, each containing multiple challenges designed to test a combination of strength and cardiovascular endurance. All team members are required to complete each designated exercise with the proper form and function as outlined by event judges.

This is an indoor and outdoor competition that incorporates individual performance, team-based elements, and both strength and cardio components. The course concludes with a grand finale event, where teams will compete head-to-head before the winner is determined based on the scoring system below.

Scoring System:

• 1st Place: 10 points
  

• 2nd Place: 5 points
  

• 3rd Place: 1 point
  

At the conclusion of all events, the gym with the highest cumulative score will be crowned the Battle of the Gyms: Rivian Edition Champion and awarded a six-month short-term loan of a Rivian R1T.

• Participation is limited to Austin-area gyms invited or approved by Swift Fit Events.
  
  

• Each gym must designate a team captain who will serve as the official representative for communications and prize coordination.
  
  

• All gyms and their ownership are subject to a background check conducted or approved by Rivian.
  
  

• Rivian reserves the right to deny participation to any gym that fails to meet its background check requirements.
  
  

• All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Prize Description

The winning gym will receive a six-month short-term loan of a Rivian R1T (model and specifications at Rivian’s discretion, subject to availability).

The vehicle is provided by Rivian LLC as part of a sponsorship program with Swift Fit Events. The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Before the vehicle can be released, the winning gym must meet all Rivian requirements, including:

1. Submission of a valid driver’s license for the gym’s designated representative
   
   

2. Passing a satisfactory corporate background check
   
   

3. Providing proof of insurance meeting Rivian’s minimum coverage standards
   
   

4. Certification that the vehicle will be used in the gym’s day-to-day business operations
   
   

5. Executing all required Rivian loan documents, including a bailment agreement and any additional forms Rivian may require
   
   

Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize. The winning gym will also be responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with the prize.

• The winning gym must secure and maintain full-coverage insurance for the duration of the loan, meeting Rivian’s minimum requirements.
  
  

• The policy must name Rivian Automotive, Inc., its subsidiaries, and representatives as additional insureds.
  
  

• Coverage must include commercial general liability and automobile liability consistent with Rivian’s insurance standards.
  
  

• Proof of insurance must be provided and approved prior to vehicle delivery.
  
  

• The gym is responsible for all costs related to damage, accidents, or claims not covered by insurance.

If the winning gym elects to wrap the Rivian vehicle:

• All designs must be developed in collaboration with Rivian’s design team and approved in writing prior to production.
  
  

• The gym is responsible for all costs associated with the wrap’s design, printing, installation, and removal.
  
  

All designs must comply with Rivian’s brand, legal, and usage guidelines.

• The Rivian vehicle must be returned at the end of the loan period in the same condition as provided, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
  
  

• The winning gym is responsible for any damage or repairs required to return the vehicle to its original condition.
  
  

• Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in financial penalties and forfeiture of future eligibility in Swift Fit Events contests.

All participants are expected to uphold sportsmanship, respect, and integrity throughout the event.

• Any unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or rule violations may result in immediate disqualification.
  
  

• All decisions made by event officials and judges are final.
  
  

• Gyms and participants represent their respective brands and are expected to behave professionally at all times.

By participating, all gyms grant Swift Fit Events and Rivian LLC permission to use their name, logo, likeness, and images for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the event.

The winning gym agrees to:

• Participate in reasonable promotional activities during the loan period (e.g., photoshoots, media appearances, or community events).
  
  

• Obtain Rivian’s prior written approval for any use of Rivian’s name, logo, or likeness in promotional materials or content.
  
  

• Allow Swift Fit Events and Rivian to use event photos and media assets for future marketing campaigns.

The event and contest will be conducted in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing prize promotions, contests, and advertising.

Swift Fit Events reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the event if required to maintain compliance or in response to circumstances beyond its control.

By participating in Battle of the Gyms: Rivian Edition, all gyms, team members, and representatives agree to:

• Release and hold harmless Rivian LLC, Swift Fit Events, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize vehicle.
  
  

• Acknowledge that participation in physical fitness events carries inherent risks, which each participant voluntarily assumes.
  
  

• Accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful operation of the Rivian vehicle throughout the loan period.

By entering the Battle of the Gyms: Rivian Edition, each gym acknowledges and agrees to:

• Abide by all official rules and regulations listed herein
  
  

• Complete all required background checks
  
  

• Provide valid and approved proof of insurance
  
  

• Execute all documents required by Rivian
  
  

• Accept all terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with the contest and prize
  
  

The grand prize is contingent on full compliance with these rules, successful completion of Rivian’s vetting process, and adherence to all insurance and legal requirements.
