  • Swift HQ has metered pay-to-park parking on 9th, 10th, and Congress streets. Parkopedia.com shows pay-to-park parking garages around the venue.

  • Holds up to 150 people.

  • Swift HQ allows clients to bring in their own catering. Note, there is no kitchen or food prep area on site. Swift HQ is an unlicensed venue, therefore, we allow clients to bring in their own alcohol. If you would like our team to handle catering and / or alcohol, we can do so for an additional fee + price of food & beverage.

  • Swift HQ requires a designated person for load in and load out to be present to assist with set up / break down.

  • Site visits are by appointment only. Please reach out to booking@swiftfitevents.com to schedule a tour!

  • Swift HQ is equipped with WiFi and basic AV equipment (projector screen, Apple TV, sonos sound system, microphones, speakers). WiFi is included with rental and other AV equipment is available for an additional fee.

  • A basic cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals in addition to the rental fee.
