CONSULTATION - We’ll assess your company goals and identify employee pain points to create a flexible wellness plan. From there, we'll build a custom program from our fitness classes, wellness topics, and team-building exercises to fit your needs.

COMMITMENT - We’ll design an activity schedule that meets your team's fitness and wellness goals on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

COORDINATION - We’ll handle all the details, from event planning and production, including staffing and equipment,  as well as marketing and promotion and follow-up engagement with employees through recap emails, Q&A sessions, and suggested readings.
